BIO PELLMAX

Automatic boiler adapted for burning biomass in the form of pellets. The boiler body is made entirely of certified steel. A significant advantage of the boiler is the plate structure of the exchanger, which has a special cleaning mechanism in the rear part. This mechanism fulfils two functions: it keeps the exchanger properly clean and plays the role of a flue gas turbulator. The boiler is equipped with a self-cleaning burner, whose combustion chamber cleans the combustion chamber of cinders and ash, thanks to which the burner operates effectively all the time without any loss of power and without getting clogged. These special solutions achieve smokeless combustion, low emissions and a high efficiency of 91.9 %. The advanced automatics operating the central heating pump, the hot water pump, additional pumps, mixing valves, the fuel ignition system and the modulating operation makes the operation of this pellet boiler reduced to the necessary minimum. The boiler has been ecologically certified by IChPW in Zabrze, confirmed by tests - it meets the criteria of thermal efficiency and emission requirements according to the PN-EN 303-5:2012 standard in class 5.
