{"id":14447,"date":"2025-10-31T11:36:14","date_gmt":"2025-10-31T11:36:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sollab.pl\/?p=14447"},"modified":"2025-10-31T11:36:14","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T11:36:14","slug":"new-grant-scheme-65-funding-for-farmers-for-solar-panels-and-energy-storage-systems-applications-open-until-19-november-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sollab.pl\/en\/nowa-dotacja-65-dofinansowania-dla-rolnikow-na-fotowoltaike-i-magazyny-energii-nabor-do-19-listopada-2025-r\/","title":{"rendered":"New grant - 65% funding for farmers for photovoltaics and energy storage - call until 19 November 2025."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is launching a new call for proposals under intervention I.10.2 \u201eInvestments on farms in the field of RES and energy efficiency improvement\u201d - Area B, which includes micro-installations producing energy from solar radiation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can apply for funding?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aid is aimed at farmers - natural persons, legal entities and partners in civil partnerships - who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>are engaged in agricultural activities and have an EP number,<\/li>\n<li>have received a single area payment (or basic income support) in the year of application or the previous year,<\/li>\n<li>are at least 18 years old (natural persons),<\/li>\n<li>have received or committed to receive on-farm energy efficiency training in the 24 months prior to the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What can you get a grant for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The grant covers investments to improve the energy efficiency of the farm, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>purchase of a photovoltaic micro-installation with electricity storage,<\/li>\n<li>purchase of a solar thermal energy generation facility,<\/li>\n<li>purchase of thermal energy storage,<\/li>\n<li>purchase of heat pumps coupled to a PV installation,<\/li>\n<li>implementation of energy flow management systems on the farm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For PV installations, energy storage is mandatory - its capacity (in kWh) must be at least 0.5 times the value of the installed PV capacity (in kW).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What conditions must be met?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to receive funding, the investment must meet, among other conditions, the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the project cannot be started before the application has been submitted,<\/li>\n<li>The investment must be completed within 24 months of signing the contract,<\/li>\n<li>the eligible cost of the investment is a minimum of PLN 20 000,<\/li>\n<li>energy from the micro-installation must be used for the farm's own needs,<\/li>\n<li>the power of the installation must not exceed 50 kW for each point of consumption (PPE),<\/li>\n<li>the fraction of capacity allocated to residential buildings on the farm may not exceed 10 kW and 20% of the total PV installation capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to score points and increase your chances?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The award of aid is determined by the number of points awarded according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>livestock farming (min. 5 LU) - 4 points,<\/li>\n<li>organic or integrated production - 2 points,<\/li>\n<li>implementation of the investment in protected areas - 1 point,<\/li>\n<li>farmer under 40 years of age - 2 points,<\/li>\n<li>No previous PV subsidy from RDP 2014-2020 - 3 points,<\/li>\n<li>efficiency of PV installations:\n<ul>\n<li>21% - 3 pts<\/li>\n<li>18-21% - 2 pts<\/li>\n<li>&lt;18% - 1 pt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order for an application to be successful, it is necessary to obtain a <strong>minimum 6 points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why use it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With this subsidy, farmers can significantly reduce their electricity and heat bills, increase the energy independence of their farm and upgrade their infrastructure.
