The current market offers a wide variety of photovoltaic modules differing in price, performance, properties and appearance. The choice of modules will therefore not only affect the performance of the installation, but also the surface area occupied by it and its final visual effect.
and aesthetic.

We can distinguish first and foremost:

Polycrystalline panels

These types of modules are built from multiple silicon crystals which makes them less efficient than monocrystalline panels. They have a distinctive blue colour.

Due to their less efficient operation, polycrystalline panels require a larger installation area, so they will not be a good solution for roofs with small, non-standard areas. These types of modules are becoming less and less of a choice among investors who want a highly efficient system that translates into more electricity produced.

Monocrystalline panels

These types of panels have the highest efficiency, as they are constructed
made of single silicon crystals. They are black in colour, making them easily distinguishable from polycrystalline modules at first glance. They are the perfect solution for limited installation space and high solar exposure. They are characterised by high resistance and durability to weather conditions. Monocrystalline panels are a more expensive solution than other types of modules, but offer the greatest savings in the future.

What more?

The above panels are available in a premium version Full Blackcharacterised by a dark, uniform colour due to the black protective film (back sheet) that forms the substrate for the photovoltaic cells. They are also typical of their high elegance, very high resistance and durability, so that production efficiency remains high for many years. Combined with a black roof tile, these types of modules are virtually invisible on the roof, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

Photovoltaic panels are also available in a black frame version (black frame), which should not be confused with full black modules.

and a silver frame.

The market also features:

Thin-film panels

They are very thin compared to traditional modules.
